Regarding the refundable security deposit:

We strongly suggest all the charterers make an insurance for their refundable security deposit.

Alternatively to the standard Security Deposit, we can offer:

Insurance Deposit:

For Yachts with 2.000 euro Deposit: 400 euro non-refundable insurance deposit per week
EXAMPLE: In this case instead of a security deposit (2.000 in your case) the clients buy insurance.

For Yachts with 2.500 euro Deposit: 450 euro non-refundable insurance deposit per week
EXAMPLE: In this case instead of a security deposit (2.500 in your case) the clients buy insurance.

For Yachts with 3.000 euro Deposit: 500 euro non-refundable insurance deposit per week
EXAMPLE: In this case instead of a security deposit (3.000 in your case) the clients buy insurance.

For Yachts with 3.500 euro Deposit: 550 euro non-refundable insurance deposit per week
EXAMPLE: In this case instead of a security deposit (3.500 in your case) the clients buy insurance.

Security deposit reduction:

For Yachts with 2.000 euro Deposit: 150 euro non-refundable per week + 850 refundable
EXAMPLE: Choosing that, instead of a deposit of 2.000 euro, the client buys a security deposit reduction. So, the refundable security deposit is being reduced to 850 euro instead of 2.000 euro. That reduction is charged with 150 euro. In case of damage, the amount is charged from the 850 euro.

For Yachts with 2.500 euro Deposit: 175 euro non-refundable per week + 1.000 refundable
EXAMPLE: Choosing that, instead of a deposit of 2.500 euro, the client buys a security deposit reduction. So, the refundable security deposit is being reduced to 1.000 euro instead of 2.500 euro. That reduction is charged with 175 euro. In case of damage, the amount is charged from the 1.000 euro.

For Yachts with 3.000 euro Deposit: 200 euro non-refundable per week + 1.200 refundable
EXAMPLE: Choosing that, instead of a deposit of 3.000 euro, the client buys a security deposit reduction. So, the refundable security deposit is being reduced to 1.200 euro instead of 3.000 euro. That reduction is charged with 200 euro. In case of damage, the amount is charged from the 1.200 euro.

For Yachts with 3.500 euro Deposit: 225 euro non-refundable per week + 1.500 refundable
EXAMPLE: Choosing that, instead of a deposit of 3.500 euro, the client buys a security deposit reduction. So, the refundable security deposit is being reduced to 1.500 euro. That reduction is charged with 225 euro. In case of damage, the amount is charged from the 1.500 euro.

 

 Important Notice:

Beginning July 1, 2020, the Greek government has determined how the country will welcome travellers, carry out the necessary diagnostic screening and keep everyone safe throughout the season. The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the planning. All travellers are obliged to complete their PLF at least 48 hours before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of your stay while in Greece.

 

Provisioning Service: 

Regarding the provisioning we have a collaboration with an e-supermarket where you can easily make the shopping online.
For delivery details, you can use the name of the marina (in the boarding pass) and the name of the boat (in the boarding pass)
Payment will be made in cash or by credit card upon embarkation.

HOW YOU WILL ARRIVE @ LAVRION OLYMPIC MARINE

By Taxi:

If you are heading to the Hermes Yachting Base straight from Athens Airport then the easiest way to do so is by Taxi. A taxi will normally take 30min to go from Athens Airport to Lavrion. You will easily find taxis queuing outside the airport gates of Athens Airport (El. Venizelos), yet if you face any difficulty finding one, feel free to contact our Base Manager for assistance. The taxi fare (not pre-reserved) from Athens airport to the Port of Lavrion is approx. €50 during day time and €70 during night time (24:00-05:00).

Public Transport:

You can reach Lavrion Port from the Airport by public bus / Regional Buses (KTEL)

Departure: Arrivals Level, between Exits 2 and 3, opposite to the Airport Hotel.
Frequency: every hour-except last one (06:30, 07:20,…, 20:20, 22:00) from Athens Airport.
Change bus in Markopoulo – connection bus for Lavrio.
Ticket costs 4,40-Euro / per person (Athens Airport – Lavrio)
Duration: 40 – 60 minutes
