Customer: Demlink Travel / BPC Group Banking Technologies

Scope: To create an “official” Regatta in cooperation and under the auspices of a Yacht Club. In this case the Offshore Yachting Club of Rhodes.

Description of event: The Regatta started on Saturday the 15th of October from the Mandraki Marina in Rhodes. On each of the 8 Sailing Yachts were a professional Skipper and a Sailing Instructor. The teams had before a theoretical briefing and a practice on board of the Yachts as well. After ending the Regatta followed a light lunch at the Yacht Club Café.

Hermes Yachting role: End to end organization and set up of the event. Branding (clothes, flags, etc.), regatta set up, insurance, skippers briefing, lunch & lunch boxes, photos, videos, gifts, etc.
