BPC REGATTA RHODES 2011
Customer: Demlink Travel / BPC Group Banking Technologies
Scope: To create an “official” Regatta in cooperation and under the auspices of a Yacht Club. In this case the Offshore Yachting Club of Rhodes.
Description of event: The Regatta started on Saturday the 15th of October from the Mandraki Marina in Rhodes. On each of the 8 Sailing Yachts were a professional Skipper and a Sailing Instructor. The teams had before a theoretical briefing and a practice on board of the Yachts as well. After ending the Regatta followed a light lunch at the Yacht Club Café.
Hermes Yachting role: End to end organization and set up of the event. Branding (clothes, flags, etc.), regatta set up, insurance, skippers briefing, lunch & lunch boxes, photos, videos, gifts, etc.
CORPORATE MATCH RACE 2011
Customer: Participant companies & Yacht Club of Greece
Scope: To establish an annual sailing event for employees of companies in Greece which would act as a catalyst for the formation of corporate sailing teams.
Description of event: The event started on Saturday the 10th of September at the premises of the Yacht Club of Greece with breakfast offering followed by the skippers briefing. Then, the matches between the teams started for the rest of the day. Lunch was offered at noon. On Sunday the 11th, again breakfast was offered in the morning. Then, the participants continued with the matches until the evening, when the prize giving ceremony was held followed by buffet dinner.
Hermes Yachting role: End to end organization and set up of the event. Branding, regatta set up, catering, etc. Safeguarding of the project.

ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FORUM
Customer: Athens International Airport
Scope: To organize a Forum in a different environment, on board of a Yacht.
Description of event: The Forum took place on board of a Motor Sailor on Friday the 9th of September from the Marina Zeas. The destination was Poros Island. Apart of the work the participants had time for swim and lunch in a Traditional Greek Fish Restaurant.
Hermes Yachting role: End to end organization and set up of the event, Yacht, coffee break, lunch, etc.
PREMA REGATTA
Customer: Ben Letoni Tours / PREMA
Scope: To create a team building activity / day sailing event for the PREMA Group.
Description of event: The Regatta started on Saturday the 4th of June from the Alimos Marina. The participants where spitted in for groups. On every one of the 4 Sailing yachts was a professional Skipper. The destination was Agia Marina on Aegina Island where they had time for visiting the Aphaia temple, swimming and having lunch at a traditional Greek Fish Tavern. The Group returned at the Alimos Marina in the afternoon of the same day.

Wine Tasting / Party
Customer: Greek Escape
Scope: To organize a wine tasting / party on board of a Yacht.
Description of event: The wine tasting / party took place on the 22nd of July 2010 on board of a big Motor Sailor which was dogged at the Alsion Marina Agios Kosmas.
