Booking Procedure for Crewed Yachts

Booking Procedure for Chartering:

Once you have decided on the yacht of your choice, a contract will be signed (one copy is for you, the others will be returned to us) and a deposit should be sent to secure the charter.

How to Charter

  • - Choose your cruising area - Greece and the Greek Islands - Croatia - Turkey
  • - Choose the duration and start date of your charter
  • - Choose the type of yacht (mega yacht, motor yacht, crewed sailing yacht, motor sailer) according the number of guests you wish to invite.

The Charter Agreement defines the terms and conditions, obligations and rights of both party. Before your charter, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire on your preferences in food and drink and any special dietary requirements, your flight details, celebrations and anniversaries that will take place during your charter, your trip itinerary, and any requests for other land services such as car rental, private jet transfers, hotel reservations, guided tours, etc.

Booking and Payment terms:

  • - The first payment has to be made upon signing the Charter Agreement.
  • - The restpayment together with the corresponding VAT & the APA amount are paid 30 days prior to embarkation.
  • - For LATE bookings the total cost of the charter, together with the corresponding VAT and the APA amount have to be deposited in order to secure the charter.

Booking Procedure for Bare Boats

REQUEST FOR AVAILABILITY

Your request should be send to us via e-mail or fax, and it should content the following:

  • - The name of the charterer.
  • - The type of the required yacht.
  • - The exact dates.
  • - The marina you wish to departure.
  • - The total number of the crew.

We will apply to your request on the same day on which we receive your e-mail/fax, quoting you available yachts and prices.

OPTIONS

When you have received our quotation and offer, you can either confirm the booking or request an option. Options can be held for a maximum of one week. Should it be necessary to extend the option, please contact us and we will try to extend it.

BOOKINGS

Confirm the charter as requested. We shall reconfirm your booking by E-mail/Fax.

CONTRACTS

The contracts have to be signed and returned to us with the exception of your copy, together with the requested down payment. Along with the charter agreement you should send to us a complete crew list with all passport numbers, copies of the skipper’s and co-skipper Certificate. You should send us also your arrival details on time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

50% upon signing the contract. 50% four weeks before the departure date. If the reservation is done four weeks before the departure date the whole fee has to be paid when the contract is signed. Please make your deposits to the following bank account:
